Our primary mission is to provide high level, comprehensive, and compassionate medical care in a variety of settings through a diverse team of experienced multidisciplinary medical professionals. With over 100 years of combined experience, in a wide array of sports, our owners take pride in helping build and develop our medical teams for each event. Our goal is not only to provide event coverage, but to cultivate new relationships between our organizations, athletes, and our medical staff.
WORK-LIFE BALANCE
With low pay and increasing hours, athletic trainers are leaving the profession at an alarming rate. Elite 7 wanted to find ways to help mitigate work-life balance and give athletic trainers, in particular, the opportunity to choose their own path. With the creation of our on-demand Virtual Athletic Training Room and in-person events, we are able to have athletic trainers work from home on their schedule and travel for events, if and when it works for them.
MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAMS
Elite 7 prides itself on creating multidisciplinary teams of medical professionals for events. Learning from other specialties helps increase our knowledge base and allows us to provide our athletes with the best care possible. Integrating a chiropractor, physical therapist, or EMT/Paramedic into our traditional teams of athletic trainers, it allows us to appreciate the nuances of each profession and provides us the opportunity to grow as practitioners, resulting in a more diverse skillset and ensures superior treatment for our athletes.
